If you do order from us you may cancel at any time prior to the product invoiced and a shipping label created. You MUST email all cancellation requests and UNLESS you recive a confirmation that we cancelled your order (via e-mail) then we have not cancelled it and you will want to make sure your email went through. When we receive an emailed cancellation request then we will Always send over a confirmation of cancellation. And again......it can not be cancelled once it is invoiced as that means it has shipped.
We will accept returns up to 30 days past purchase date if product is in new unused condition and a stock item (custom products have a no return policy).
