What if I need my order soon and I need to know it will ship soon?
"We do have a Rush order option that you can choose. There is a Rush fee that will apply. What we do is we immediately take your order and get production working on just building your order and we get it out ASAP (usually within 3-5 days). This option is available when you place your online order. You may also expedite shipping upon request at time of order placement.
Does my credit card get charged when I place my order?
"Your credit card does not get charged until your order is ready to ship. There can be expections to this but we will let you know once your order is placed."
Can I change my order?
"You can change your order before it is shipped. Please e-mail email@example.com to make any changes. Once it has shipped changes can no longer be made."
Can I cancel my order?
"You may be able to cancel your order before it has shipped
If you need to cancel your order e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be able to help you." ALL Cancellations MUST be done in writing and you must receive a written confirmation (response) that your order has been cancelled.
What if I want to return an item?
"You are able to return an item if unused and new in packaging within 30 days - we do have a 20% restocking fee. Please email email@example.com to get an RA #."
